Aimee Arost

After earning her law degree and working briefly as an attorney, Aimee turned to real estate. She quickly became a top-performing agent by building deep, meaningful client relationships.

Drawing on her experience and success as an agent, Aimee transitioned to a role as a sales manager, working at a large independent brokerage and later at a prominent start-up tech brokerage. After 15+ years as a manager, Aimee was excited to return to working directly with clients.

Aimee’s warm and approachable nature has allowed her to connect with clients personally and understand their unique goals and objectives. Her commitment to excellence and compassionate and trustworthy approach has earned her a loyal following.

When not chatting with clients, you might find Aimee walking around Bernal Hill with her dog, reading a book, or coding an iOS app.

Her relationships are built on trust, clear communication, and collaboration.

Being an SF homeowner and having investment properties, she has a personal investment in San Francisco as well as unique insight into navigating the city's real estate waters. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Industrial Design from Massachusetts College of Art, and her years of Interior Design background, Bobbi has the intuition and the perspective to see spaces in a different light and hidden possibilities. She expanded her education with design courses at Harvard and art classes at S.A.C.I in Florence, Italy, that now help her in visualizing final outcomes.

Bobbi's work as an interior designer and project manager gives her an eye for a home's potential as well as the ability to successfully oversee transactions. Kris comes from a San Francisco real estate family with a long history investing in the city’s vibrant housing market. She has personally purchased, remodeled, and profitably sold numerous homes and understands first hand the remodeling and construction challenges in a highly competitive market.

Kris is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley and a member of the National Charity League in San Francisco. Any free time she has is spent volunteering at Convent and Stuart Hall Elementary where her children attend 4th and 7th grade.

Tyler Cassacia

Tyler likes to joke that he "sells pretty houses to nice people." A relatable Realtor, he has a genuine love for helping others put down roots in the community he calls home. A Bay Area native raised by an enterprising mother with a brokerage of her own, Tyler was destined for the family business from the get-go. Perusing MLS and attending open houses from an early age, his first job was in the family's real estate brokerage. So, you could say it's been in his blood all along.

More highly trained in the skill of negotiation than your average Realtor, Tyler is a bit of an outlier in the industry. Bolstered by a Juris Doctor (Law) Degree from UC Hastings, his focus in civil litigation and dispute resolution is a skillset he uses daily.

Never one to leave money on the table, Tyler has an innate talent for garnering the highest possible price when negotiating on the behalf of sellers. For buyers, Tyler's focus is prevailing in multiple offer scenarios and getting the best value for their purchase.

A multi-faceted broker and real estate attorney, he's both exceedingly knowledgeable and refreshingly down to earth. Yes, he's closed $350M in sales to date, but it's his natural knack for connecting with people that keeps clients coming back and sending their friends!

A 13+ year resident of Nob Hill, Tyler and his husband, Dominic, and their little ones, Beau and Nora, love weekend strolls around their neighborhood. Ever appreciative of the walkability to Union Square and the waterfront, you've probably seen them somewhere along the Embarcadero. Stop and say hello next time. He's probably got a "pretty house" in mind for you.

MATT WATHEN

Matt Wathen is truly devoted to the business of selling real estate. His family has been active in California real estate for generations, giving him a unique knowledge of individual residential buildings and neighborhoods throughout the state.

Matt’s interest and passion for real estate is in his blood. After becoming involved in the home-buying process alongside his father, he became an investment property owner himself and currently manages both his own and his family’s various rental properties in California.

Prior to his career in real estate, Matt obtained a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, San Diego, and upon graduating began a career as a project engineer in commercial construction management. Matt worked at several large-scale construction sites with architects and other engineers and developed a strong knowledge of the construction side of real estate development. This experience is an asset most valuable to his clients purchasing new construction condominiums or lofts. Having earned the USGBC LEED AP credential and worked on two nationally recognized LEED Platinum projects, Matt is especially well-versed in green building design and construction practices.

Whether buying new construction or resale, Matt takes a comprehensive approach to help his clients achieve their goals and needs through the purchase of real estate. With his engineering background, experience in new construction, and personal investment in real estate, Matt is able to leverage his knowledge and strong analytical approach to ensure the best deal for his clients. Sellers benefit from his marketing expertise, solid negotiation skills, and his ability to correctly value and position properties in the marketplace, often achieving above-market results.

At Compass, Matt is able to integrate his education and sustainable building practices with his years of real estate sales experience. Matt’s clients openly say that he always represents their best interests and is known for achieving great results. He consistently offers a professional, high level of personal service and accountability to his clients, developing long-lasting relationships with those he works with.

Matt’s passion for architecture and design propels his love of living and working in the most diverse and fast-paced city in the world. A longtime resident of San Diego, Matt is also an avid traveler and an enthusiast of different languages and cultures. Before transitioning into real estate professionally, he nourished his love of travel by spending a year abroad living in Europe. Based in Rome, he traveled extensively in Italy, learning not just the language, but also the architecture, history and culture of the country. Aside from traveling throughout Europe, Matt has also explored Turkey, Japan, Central America and, most recently, Australia.

KRISTINA HANSEN

In a very noisy real estate market I have built a reputation for getting results through knowledge, experience and making it all about my clients. Whether it is a single family home, condominium or small investment property, my goal is to maximize your financial success while minimizing the stress. I achieve this by placing your interest first, establishing realistic expectations, providing expert guidance, and excellent communication every step of the way. I have built my success on ensuring yours.

I’m not just a Realtor®, I’m specifically a San Francisco Realtor® with an intimate knowledge of every corner of this City by the Bay, and my clients are as diverse as the City itself. I represent a wide range of buyers and sellers across the entire spectrum of budgets and lifestyles from corporate superstars and budding entrepreneurs to retirees who have lived here their entire lives. Before joining at its inception in 2004, I spent 20 years as an executive in the furniture industry at top-drawer firms such as Design Within Reach, Knoll International, Skidmore Owings & Merrill, and Rucker Fuller. I also studied art history and received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Oregon. To combine my skills and knowledge mixing design and business into a career selling homes was a natural fit. I mix genuine business savvy with refined taste and a gimlet eye for detail.

I belong to the National Association of Realtors®, the California Association of Realtors®, the San Francisco Association of Realtors® and Top Agent Network. I love what The City by The Bay offers to all of us. For me it includes tennis at the San Francisco Tennis Club, membership at the DeYoung Art Museum and the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, and dining out in the many neighborhood restaurants.

So enough about me. Let’s talk about you and your home – the one you are selling or the home you want to buy!

MY STORY
When I moved to San Francisco with my family in 2005, I instantly fell in love with the city. Inspired by its unique spirit, innovative architecture, and dynamic diversity, I pursued a career in real estate while working for a property management company. I understand buying and selling homes in the Bay Area is a complex, and often emotional process. An active listener, I know every client has specific needs and I listen until I fully understand my client’s objectives and desires
thoroughly. Working from a foundation of integrity, I am a creative problem solver and an amazing negotiator.

Originally from Bulgaria, I hold a Bachelor of Science in Microelectronics Engineering and a certificate in Marketing Management. In my youth, I sang in a famous choir, delivering the beauty of Bulgarian voices around the world, which contributed to my lifelong love for music.
