Embarking on the journey of buying my first property in the United States and our first property with my partner we didn't anticipate the roller coaster especially during a hot market. I originally came across Bistra at one of her open houses. We had a short casual conversation about my goals. I was interested in the unit, but it wasn't the right time for me. I didn't think anything of it as realtors appear to be a dime-a-dozen, (sorry realtors). We met Bistra in 2019 at an open house at the condo building where we were renting. That same year we bought our first home but in hindsight, we passed on a great opportunity to work with a wonderful realtor as Bistra. Our family would not have made it through the last 8 months without Kris’s tireless work and unwavering patience. She worked side by side with my parents going item by item to help them move from their home of 58 years to a condo half the size. She wrapped and boxed keepsakes, scheduled and oversaw the Estate sale, and found and oversaw the packers and movers. She drew designs for closets for the new condo, measured every square inch to make sure the furniture had a place, and oversaw the contractor who remodeled the condo.
